unit will start and stop any tape recorder as the headset is picked up and
placed back on the hook. The unit plugs into the wall jack with line for
tape recorder plug-in and telephone plug-in. Will work on almost all
telephone line systems including single line and multi-line telephones as
well as digital phones.
