TELEPHONE/FAX TAP DEFEAT

This telephone/fax tap defeat is very clever and will defeat any wiretap or bug that could be wired to your phone line. Set-up takes a matter of a few minutes. Now you can plug the TD1 into any socket on your line, (it doesn't necessarily have to be the one you're using). This means you can hide the unit discretely in another room.

The unit will defeat any voice activated phone recorder by sending constant pulses of noise, so basically it would carry on running until end of tape. The TD1 has a LCD line condition display and LED's to indicate the mode setting. Offers the following features: turn on or off any wiretap or bug, any phone recorder controlled by line voltage, any phone recorder controlled by voice activation.

The unit can be controlled to pass on misleading information to the wire tap by simply using an on-off button.
