LIPSTICK  PEPPER DEFENCE SPRAY

It looks exactly like a lipstick. It contains a 10% concentration of 1MM SHU pepper spray and provides 20 (half-second) sprays with a range of 10 feet. The spray contains UV marking dye used to identify an attacker. Effective on intoxicated individuals, vicious dogs (ie. pit bulls). It causes eyes to shut, coughing, gagging, makes breathing painful and difficult and designed to immobilise an attacker without being lethal. The intense effects wear off in about 30-45 minutes.
